Kolicia started her career in Brooklyn as a civil engineer, designing and delivering roadways, bridges, hospitals and schools in New York City. She went on to lead cybersecurity, identity and quantum-readiness programs for Fortune 100 companies.
She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State and an M.S. in Cybersecurity from Florida Tech. KDMC also draws on a vetted bench of project and program managers, directors, and IT and network specialists, so teams scale with the work.
